Fantastic Central Location!

I found the location convenient. It was very close to the main bus terminal, a great spot for island exploration. I also liked being so central to shops and restaurants! The staff were cheerful! Breakfast offered plenty of choice. I could book it directly at the hotel, so convenient.

The room faced a busy street and I could hear traffic noise, so bring earplugs!

uneven water pressureunfilled coffee pods

I was initially pleased with the hotel's location. It was near the airport bus stop (a short walk away) (I thought that was pretty handy). the room was a letdown. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. despite assurances, the coffee pods were not refilled in the room as requested, disappointing. It certainly soured my experience a bit.

The hotel has a very good location near the city center. The breakfast included a great variety of options to choose from. Staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I found the room cleaning to be very efficient, with fresh towels daily.

The room lacked any artwork or a headboard. The minimal overhead lighting.

The staff responded quickly when I had a problem with my room key. They offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout, very helpful. The breakfast buffet was consistently well-stocked, and the staff maintained cleanliness.
